Two Canadian products for immigration practices, built in different decades and sold in different ways. Here is what each one publishes.
Officio's figures are as listed on their site on 25 September 2026. Their pricing page did not load when we checked again on 25 October 2026. Software changes. If we have something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Officio is a Canadian immigration practice suite that has been on the market for years. Their site describes it as software for immigration professionals to build, run and grow their practices, and the feature list runs from lead questionnaires and prospect scoring through onboarding, forms, documents, billing and a client portal.
Their pricing page lists three plans, Solo, Pro and Ultimate, in Canadian dollars, with a yearly option they describe as pre-pay for ten months and receive twelve months of service. The plan table did not show the actual figures when we read it, so ask them for the number for your firm size. All as listed on their site on 25 September 2026.

Officio has been serving Canadian practices for a long time, and that shows in the breadth. Prospect scoring, a client questionnaire in several languages, client accounting, an employer module and a marketplace are all real things a growing firm needs.
The CPD courses bundled with the subscription are a genuinely good idea and we do not offer anything like it.
Their site listed over four hundred forms on 25 September 2026. Read it carefully though: their wording is about populating common fields across that library, which is a different promise from filling a specific form end to end from the case file. Ask them to show you one on your own data.
Every Meridian plan gets the complete platform. The plans differ only in seats, AI conversations, form fills and storage, so nothing you need is behind an upgrade.
Signing is ours, not a reseller line item. A signed document carries a Certificate of Completion and anyone can verify it without an account, and there is no per signature fee.
There is a real mobile app. Most practitioners answer clients from a phone, so Aurora carries the case file, the deadlines, voice notes and push alerts rather than being a viewer.
Policy is watched for you. Intelligence reads more than forty sources around the clock and routes what changed to whoever holds the affected file.
Our prices are on the website, in dollars, with no call required.
We could not confirm from their public pages where Officio stores customer data or the current plan prices, and their pricing page did not load on 25 October 2026. Those are fair questions to put to them directly, and the answers should be in writing either way.
Yes. Officio is a Canadian immigration software company and has been in this market far longer than we have.
Their site claimed on 25 September 2026 automatic population of common fields across more than four hundred immigration forms. Ours fills IRCC PDF forms from the case file, with the most used ones, including IMM 5257, 5709, 5710 and 0008, checked box by box, and flags a case sitting on an outdated revision. The useful test is not the count. Ask each of us to fill the three forms you actually send most often while you watch.
Firms rarely run two case management systems for long, because the case file ends up in two places. If you are trialling, put the same live matter through each one and see which produces the package you would actually send.
Because you may be deciding this quarter and we would rather you chose well than waited for us. If timing matters more than fit, Officio is an established option with a long track record.
A short walkthrough on a sample case file, once we open to new firms.
