Both Canadian, both built for IRCC work, both with published prices. The differences are in what each plan includes and what it limits.

CaseEasy publishes its prices, hosts in Canada and offers a real trial with a money back guarantee. That is three things many vendors in this category will not do, and it deserves credit.
They are also shipping today and have a base of firms using the product, which matters if you need to move this month.
Their autofill speed claim is specific and testable, which is the sort of claim we like. Time it on your own file.
Nothing in Meridian sits behind a tier. Signing, the AI assistant, automation and the whole platform come with every plan, so the only reason to move up is volume.
Seats are priced for a small practice. Three users cost $237 on their Starter plan and $337 on Advanced. Our $249 plan includes three seats. Do the arithmetic for your own headcount before you decide.
We fill the IRCC portals as well as the PDFs, through the AutoFile extension, page by page as each portal page is mapped, because the portals are where the second half of the typing lives.
There is a mobile app, and policy intelligence watching IRCC for changes that touch your live files.
We could not verify from the public pages exactly which forms are in their supported list. Ask them for the current list for the plan you are considering.
Yes. Their site says the data is hosted on infrastructure located in Canada and the product is aimed at Canadian immigration consultants and lawyers.
It depends entirely on headcount. Their entry plan and ours both start at $99 a month CAD. Theirs includes one user with extra users at $69 a month, ours includes one seat with extra seats at $25 a month, and our $249 plan includes three. Price the plan against the number of people who will actually log in.
CaseEasy says its data is hosted on infrastructure located in Canada. Your data is hosted on Cloudflare in North America, and each firm's data is walled off from every other firm's. Ask either of us to put it in writing in the agreement, along with where the backups sit and where any AI processing happens.
No. We are not adding new firms until the next version is ready, and there is no trial. Firms on the waitlist get a walkthrough on a sample case when we open.
A short walkthrough on a sample case file, once we open to new firms.
