1. About this page
This page lists the sub-processors that Nova System Inc. uses to provide the Meridian platform: Polaris, the Aurora mobile app, the Meridian Bar on a firm's website, and the services behind them. Sub-processors are bound by written terms that flow down our obligations under the Data Processing Addendum. We give advance notice of a new sub-processor, and the right to object on reasonable grounds, as described in section 8.2 of the DPA.

4. Apple and Google as service providers
To deliver Aurora to your device, we use Apple's App Store services (iOS) and Google's Play Store services (Android). Push notifications are sent through OneSignal, which routes them through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. These services act as conduits to your device; we do not transmit case contents through them other than what is needed to display a notification, which we keep minimal.
5. Changes to this list
We update this list when a sub-processor changes, and give advance notice of a new one as described in section 8.2 of the DPA.
