If you're a firm owner subscribing to Meridian, the documents you actually sign or accept are the Master Subscription Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and - if you process personal information about clients in our platform - the Data Processing Addendum. Everything else on this page either flows from those documents or describes practices that apply regardless of which agreement you signed.
If you're an individual using our public website or the Island Bar embedded on a partner firm's site, the documents that apply to you are the Island Bar Visitor Terms, the Island Bar Privacy Notice, and - if you interact with our intelligent assistant - the Third-Party Chat Disclosure.
