1. Where AI is used
Some features use automated processing we call "Meridian AI": the chat assistant, document classification and extraction, form-fill assistance, drafting aids, and policy intelligence.
2. Human oversight
A qualified human (your RCIC or staff) reviews AI output before it is relied on or sent. No decision producing legal effects is made solely by automation.
3. Accuracy
AI can make mistakes. Outputs are drafts and aids, not legal advice; verify before relying on them.
4. Your data
We do not use your data to train any third-party AI model. To deliver the features you use, Meridian AI sends requests to our AI providers, who are named on our Sub-processors page.
5. Providers
Meridian AI runs on models from the AI providers named on our Sub-processors page.
