Transparency Report

Aggregate reporting on government and law-enforcement requests for Customer Data.

Published July 8, 2026 · Reporting period to June 30, 2026

1. Purpose

Section 7 of our Government & Law-Enforcement Data Request Policy commits us to reporting, in aggregate and where lawful, the volume of requests we receive for Customer Data and how we responded. This page is that report.

2. Requests received

For the reporting period ending June 30, 2026, Nova System Inc. received the following requests for Customer Data:

Request typeReceivedAccounts affectedRequests where data was disclosed
Criminal production orders, warrants, and search warrants000
Civil subpoenas and court orders000
Emergency disclosure requests000
Preservation requests000
Requests from foreign governments000
National security requests000
To date, Nova System Inc. has never disclosed Customer Data to a government or law-enforcement body, and has never received a national security request or an order compelling us to build a mechanism to weaken or bypass our security.

3. Notices to affected customers

Where we are legally permitted to do so, we notify the affected customer before disclosing their data, so that they can seek to limit or challenge the request. For the reporting period, no such notices were required.

4. Requests we refused or narrowed

We review every request for validity and scope, challenge requests we consider unlawful, and disclose only the minimum information legally required. For the reporting period, no requests were received, and therefore none were refused or narrowed.

5. What we cannot report

Some legal instruments prohibit a recipient from disclosing that a request was made, or restrict the precision with which it may be reported. Where the law limits us, we report in the broadest band permitted, or we state that we are unable to report. Nothing on this page should be read as confirming or denying the existence of a request we are prohibited from disclosing.

6. Methodology

Each request we receive is recorded under section 4 of the Government & Law-Enforcement Data Request Policy, including the authority, the legal instrument, the data sought, our assessment, and our response. This report is compiled from those records. A request that names several accounts is counted once, with the number of affected accounts reported separately.

7. Update schedule

We intend to update this report at least once every twelve months, and sooner if the figures change materially.
