1. The plans
Meridian is offered as three subscription plans. Every plan includes the complete Meridian platform - the Polaris desktop dashboard, the Aurora mobile companion app, the Sentinel policy intelligence engine, the per-case AI Chat, the firm-wide AI assistant bubble, the website intake bot, document generation, the full customer relationship management (CRM) module, workflow automation, the reconsideration engine, IRCC cheat sheets, all provincial and territorial nominee program coverage, and standard email support, with response targets set out in the Support SLA. The plans differ only in included capacity: staff seats, Meridian AI Pro conversations, automatic form-fills, and document storage.
2. Prices and included capacity
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), tax-exclusive, billed monthly:
Starter - $99 CAD per month. Includes 1 RCIC seat, 250 Meridian AI Pro conversations per month, 20 automatic form-fills per month, and 25 GB of document storage.
Professional - $249 CAD per month. Includes 3 staff seats, 1,000 Meridian AI Pro conversations per month, 100 automatic form-fills per month, and 100 GB of document storage.
Enterprise - $499 CAD per month. Includes 8 staff seats, 3,000 Meridian AI Pro conversations per month plus fair-use headroom, 300 automatic form-fills per month plus fair-use headroom, and 500 GB of document storage. "Fair-use" means occasional overage is accommodated without charge; sustained overage will be discussed with the firm before any plan change is proposed.
3. Add-ons
Add-ons are available on any paid plan, purchased from the firm dashboard. Extra staff seat: $25 CAD per seat per month, prorated to the day the seat is added. AI conversation top-up: $15 CAD for 100 additional Meridian AI Pro conversations, valid until the end of the current billing month; top-ups do not roll over. Form-fill top-up: $29 CAD for 25 additional automatic form-fills, valid until the end of the current billing month. Storage: $10 CAD per month for each additional 50 GB. Optional auto-purchase of top-ups is disabled by default; the firm controls every charge.
4. Taxes
Prices are tax-exclusive. Taxes are added at the rate that applies to the firm's billing address, automatically calculated at checkout and shown on every invoice before payment is confirmed. For firms in British Columbia this is GST 5% plus PST 7%; firms in other Canadian provinces are charged the applicable GST or HST; firms outside Canada are charged under their local rules.
5. Billing cadence and contract length
Subscriptions are billed monthly only. There is no annual billing option, no multi-year contract, no minimum commitment, no cancellation-notice window, and no early-termination penalty. Each monthly cycle is independent. A firm may cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the cycle already paid for.
6. AI conversation caps
A Pro conversation is a single user message sent to the per-case AI Chat tab, the firm-wide AI bubble, or the Aurora mobile chat surface. The website intake bot, the Sentinel impact-scoring engine, the action-suggestion engine, the document classifier, the eligibility and CRS calculators, and other background or automated AI features run in Meridian AI Compact mode, which is unlimited and not counted against the cap. When a firm reaches its plan's Pro cap, the platform automatically resolves further Pro requests to Compact mode for the remainder of that month - service continues without interruption, with reduced reasoning depth on complex tasks. The counter resets at the start of the next monthly billing cycle.
7. Trial
A 7-day free trial is available to new firms. The trial includes 1 seat, 25 Meridian AI Pro conversations, 3 automatic form-fills, 1 GB of storage, and full access to every Meridian feature. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the firm may choose a plan; no automatic conversion to a paid subscription occurs without explicit consent by the Owner.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation is initiated by the firm Owner from the in-product billing settings, from the billing portal, or by emailing payments@thenovasystem.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The firm retains full platform access through the end of the paid cycle. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a partially-elapsed month, except where required by law or in the case of a verified Meridian-side service failure (see Section 10).
9. Plan changes by Nova System
Nova System Inc. may adjust prices, included capacity, or feature scope in the future. Any such change applies only to new subscribers and to existing subscribers at their next renewal after at least 30 days' written notice.
10. Refunds and service credits
Service credits are governed by the Support & Service Level Agreement. Where Nova System fails to meet the published service-level guarantees, the firm is entitled to a service credit calculated as a percentage of the monthly fee, applied as a discount on the next invoice. Beyond service credits, refunds are at Nova System's discretion. We will issue a refund where a firm experienced a substantive technical or billing problem that prevented use of the platform, and where the issue is verified by Nova System support.
11. Payment methods, failed payments, and dunning
Payment is processed by our payment processor. Accepted payment methods are major credit cards and pre-authorized debit where supported in the firm's jurisdiction. If a payment fails, the processor automatically retries up to three times over a 14-day dunning window. The firm Owner receives email notifications at each failed attempt. If the third retry fails, the platform suspends the firm's access until payment succeeds. Suspension does not delete any data; full access is restored upon successful payment.
12. Currency
All prices in this document are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Firms outside Canada are billed in Canadian Dollars; their card issuer or bank handles the currency conversion to the firm's local currency at the conversion rate applicable on the day of the charge.
13. Conflicts
This Pricing Terms document is the public, plain-language statement of pricing applicable to firms acquired through the Meridian website and self-serve checkout. In the event of conflict between this document and a signed Order Form or the Master Subscription Agreement, the Order Form or MSA controls. In the absence of a signed Order Form, this document, the Terms of Service, and the MSA together govern the commercial relationship.
